Volunteer Fair on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

VolunteerConnect partnered with CONTACT of Mercer County's R.S.V.P. Program and the Presbyterian Church of Lawrenceville to sponsor a Volunteer Recruitment Fair and Food Drive on the Martin Luther King, Jr., Day of Service, Monday, January 18th. The volunteers and nonprofits present connected with one another and donated food to the Crisis Ministry of Princeton and Trenton. VolunteerConnect would like to thank the many volunteers who helped make the day a success, as well as our nonprofit colleagues for being on site to answer questions about their volunteer opportunities.  Most of all, we'd like to thank the volunteers who came to the fair to learn about the ways in which they can make a difference in the community.
