To support patients and their families as they cope with end of life issues including palliative care, pain and symptom management, emotional, spiritual and bereavement support with the goal of a peaceful death with dignity.
We offer an eight session training session during the daytime in Monroe Township in the fall and in the early evening each spring in Princeton.

Patients with life expectancy of six months or less.
